Ambassador Pressman Travels to Brussels
U.S. Ambassador to Hungary David Pressman traveled to Brussels on December 6-8 for consultations with senior European Union officials and Hungarian officials on pressing issues related to protecting the rule of law, standing up to Russian aggression, and supporting Ukraine. Ambassador Pressman stated that “These issues are fundamental to our shared security and central to transatlantic values. Maintaining unity of purpose, at this critical moment, is of paramount importance.”
In addition, Ambassador Pressman met with senior NATO leadership and U.S. Ambassador to NATO Julianne Smith.
