Chargé d’Affaires David J Kostelancik hosted a discussion with leaders of American Shared Service Center operations on issues of workforce, recruitment and the future of the industry. Representatives to the April 12, 2018 luncheon included: National Instruments, ExxonMobil, Lexmark, Blackrock, Eaton, Citi, IBM and AmCham Hungary. The Shared Service industry in Hungary employs more than 46,000 skilled workers and expects significant growth in the coming years with more than 80% of Hungary’s SSCs planning to expand in the short-term.
