Duties: This Human Resources (HR) Assistant executes specific duties to support the Locally Employed (LE) Staff and U.S. direct hire (USDH) at post.
Job holder is Chief Timekeeper, administers reporting of local social security and payroll, oversees LE Staff compensation and benefit programs.
As Chief Timekeeper job holder administers all aspects of the weekly Time and Attendance (T&A) for both LE Staff and Americans at post as well supporting thirty-five section time keepers.
As administrator for the local social security and payroll portfolio, the job holder will gather and report social security and payroll obligations using specialized software.
The compensation and benefits portfolio requires the HR Assistant to implement benefit programs in accordance with local labor law and en sure post HR policy documents are kept current.
