- The Community Management Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the Strategic Content Coordination Specialist (SCCS), and has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Incumbent is responsible for producing and maintaining engaging content for the Mission’s digital properties; contributing to planning and event development to promote Mission priorities with online communities; researching and analyzing evolving digital platforms and audiences; and creating content to promote Mission objectives.
- Incumbent organizes and holds virtual outreach events; and designs and develops innovative engagement opportunities and tools.
- Incumbent supports and coaches Mission personnel during virtual engagements; and provides guidance to personnel who engage with online communities on standards, regulations, and policies for the use of digital properties
WORK EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in a multilingual, multicultural or multinational organization is required, where market research and audience analysis, and design and execution of online campaigns have been significant components of the job. Experience managing digital properties, including direct online interaction with the public, and content creation in multimedia and traditional formats is required.
EDUCATION: A Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing or local equivalent is required.
LANGUAGE: Level 4 (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required (This may be tested). Level 4 (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing Hungarian is required (This may be tested).
