The incumbent performs administrative and office support activities for the Facilities Management Office. S/he works with the Facility Manager, engineers and supervisors to carry-out daily operations involving maintenence and repair activities and will work on special projects as assigned. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; faxing/scanning; making travel and meeting arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training other support staff/interns; and customer relations. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Facility Manager.
