The U.S. Mission in Budapest is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Clerk (FM).

The work schedule for this position is: Full Time – 40 hours per week

Series/Grade: LE – 0401 6

Salary: HUF 4.315.775

Duties:

The incumbent performs administrative and office support activities for the Facilities Management Office. S/he works with the Facility Manager, engineers and supervisors to carry-out daily operations involving maintenence and repair activities and will work on special projects as assigned. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; faxing/scanning; making travel and meeting arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training other support staff/interns; and customer relations. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Facility Manager.
